Hackney Council Data Breach
Hackney Council have reportedly been working with the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and the Ministry Housing to investigate the breach at hand, according to Sky News.co.uk
At present no details have been disclosed of HOW the data breach has occurred, or WHAT details have been exposed via the cyber cyber attack.
The ICO confirmed to Sky that there has been a report of a data breach for Hackney Council as a result of a cyber attack.
Residents and businesses of Hackney Council have been advised to only contact the council team with any queries, highlighting that the centre at present is very busy.
