A cyber attack has been confirmed for at the fashion based company FatFace.

Although FatFace have stated that no financial information is at risk, it has been noted that the following information could be:

• First name
• Surname
• Email address
• Home address
• Partial payment information (last 4 digits of clients card and possibly its expiry date)

The affected customers have supposedly been told about this recent breach of data. The retailer has not disclosed how many customers had been affected, but one customer who placed orders in December and October received the email warning their details were potentially at risk as noted on This is Money.

Those who have been informed of the breach have been told to be vigilant and to watch out for phishing emails and any suspicious activity on their accounts.

Angelus Law insists those that have received the email correspondence from FatFace, to come forward to pursue a data breach claim.
